Ingredients:
1 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
Method:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Line a baking pan with parchment paper. I used an 11 1/2 by 7 inch pan. A 9x13 would work great for a slightly more thin brownie or an 8x8 for a slightly thicker brownie.
Melt the butter in a bowl. Add sugars and mix until smooth. Add the cocoa powder and mix until smooth. Add salt and eggs and combine. Add the flour and mix until just combined. Pour into the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until just set in the center.
