Makes one 9x13 pan, a 10 inch skillet or one muffin tin with 12 spots.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup whole milk
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
4 tablespoons of butter for the pan
Sometimes i sprinkle the top with sliced almonds too!
Method:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees with the pan of choice inside. Once the oven is hot add the butter. If using a muffin tin distribute the butter evenly between each slot. Pour the batter into the pan once the butter is melted. For the muffin tin, bake for 12 minutes or until they are nice and puffy and golden. For a large pan bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy with syrup and cream!
