Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup malted milk powder
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup oats
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Method:
Combine butter and sugars until smooth in the bowl of a mixer using a paddle attachment. Add baking soda, salt, vanilla, eggs and combine. Add malted milk powder and flour and mix until just combined. Add oats and chocolate chips and mix until just combined. Use a 1 tablespoon scoop and place dough balls on a parchment lined baking sheet. I like to do 12 per sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8-9 minutes, until just set and the edges are slightly brown. Drop the tray on the counter when it comes out of the oven to flatten the cookies. Cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
