Rotisserie Chicken Bowl


Ingredients:


Rotisserie chicken

Mixed greens

Oranges

Grapes

Fresh corn

Cucumber

Asparagus

Fingerling Potatoes

Hemp Seeds

Hummus


Method:


Roast asparagus and sliced fingerling in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, seasoned with olive oil and salt and pepper. Slice e potatoes in 1/4 inch slices so they cook quickly. Cut corn off the cob and steam if desired. We prefer it raw. Assemble the bowl. Mixed greens layered with all other ingredients, topped with olive oil and flavored balsamic vinegar.
